The Complete Guide to Fasting is a great resource whether you are a beginner or an experienced faster. The information in this book is timeless.

I had done some research about fasting and I wanted to give it a go, but I had no idea where to begin. This book pointed me in the right direction, and gave me the confidence that I was doing it right.

Everything is explained very simply, it’s really easy to read, and the arguments are all evidence-based.

I firmly believe that fasting should be a part of any healthy lifestyle.  I have so much energy, I feel healthy, I have lost a lot of fat, my blood sugar is stable, I don’t experience “food coma’s” after a meal, I have a healthy appetite, and I don’t count calories because I only eat when I need to.

Fasting is now a part of my lifestyle because of the wealth of knowledge I gained from The Complete Guide to Fasting.

I can say with confidence that you will not regret buying this book, in fact, you will want to share it with everyone!

I am considering downloading it to my kindle, I am curious what they might suggest. I am a nurse and try to maintain a nutritious diet, but I do see the value in an occasional fast.       There’s no doubt that fasting is difficult, especially in the beginning.  However, I found that the more I practiced, the better I became at it.

  2. Great book – seems like a real winner

    I’ve tried Intermittent fasting for 14 days myself and it was a novel experience. I got used to it and eventually enjoyed it. Seems like I did lose some fat, but it all comes down to one’s goals.

    What are your thoughts on IF in particular? I know some folks do swear by it and I’m also a fan.

  3. Hello and thanks for sharing, fasting is a such an amazing thing because of the many benefits that are involved. This is a good way to detox and to keep your weight under control.
    I fasted a few times before and though it was not easy it prove to be very beneficial including helping me with a medical condition. Thanks for sharing.
