    Your site is very interesting. Is this similar to the Atkins diet? I like the thought of having your meals sent to you weekly. I read that if you are on diabetes medication that you recommend talking with your physician prior to starting this diet. I have a family member who was just told they have type 2 diabetes they are not taking medication they are trying to lower blood sugar with diet and exercise. This would be a good information for them.

      If they have type 2 diabetes I would recommend that they work with their physician to monitor key indicators, but they should start Banting ASAP.  Type 2 diabetes can be reversed by following the Banting diet.
